Basic Rules The Guild is its members. This means taking an active part in the Guild, joining in events, grouping with other Guildies on a fairly regular basis, helping others with quests, doing what you can to help the Guild as a whole. That does not mean you can't solo, group with others, or have to help every person who asks. It is about finding the right balance to benefit you and the Guild. And never forget - Aion is a game. Have fun, create large amounts of mayhem, and drink more beer! Group Rules There will be a single commander in all guild groups. Everyone in a guild group must follow the orders of the currently designated commander, rank does not matter once a commander is set. A commander must be picked based on ability at the start of each guild group. The highest ranked member or officer in the group will select a commander from everyone involved including them self. Ventrilo must be kept clear for combat in both PvP and PvE. Only important statements about the current battle are needed. Never argue with the commander in combat! If anyone has something important to point out that could save the group speak up fast but never challenge an order once its given. Out of combat there is only one rule in ventrilo don't speak over people unless you are an officer or commander needing to communicate commands or some important information. Never quit or give up in combat no matter how bad it looks, its ok to fall back if the commander calls it. Everyone in ventrilo must stay positive about difficult situations as to not kill morale, please direct all negative feedback to officers in tells. No one will be punished for negative feedback as they could have valid points that officers need to consider. The commander has the right to kick anyone from a group if they consider them to be hindering the group in anyway, or for breaking any of the group rules. Loot Rules We use EQDKPplus for our DKP system. All endgame loot acquire by guild groups will be distributed by a open bid system. Only members and officers will get to bid on loot. New recruits must prove to be worthy of membership before bidding with others on loot. If an item is not needed by members then recruits can bid amongst them self's for the rights. Officers get no special loot rights ever for any reason. DKP will be tracked anytime an officer is available to do so. If a group forms without an officer online the commander selected should do there best to track the time players spend in the group and what the group accomplished. Then report this information to the officers later. Commanders will be held liable for any dkp tracking they do, please be responsible or you may be punished. |
